Oson Uy provides an informational catalog and technical tools for requests. A property purchase agreement is between the buyer and the developer; the platform is not a party to the transaction.

Projects, prices and layouts are published by developers. Always verify current terms with the developer before making a decision.
3. Requests and communication
By submitting a request you confirm that your contact details are accurate and you agree to be contacted by the developer or an Oson Uy representative regarding that request.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by developers or third parties except where expressly required by law.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the new version.
